In this short 30 minute mat practice, we'll work with postures and practices that support your front, side and back body core in an effort to improve your posture, aid digestion, and strengthen your commitment and personal power to stand in and for yourself. And because we'll be focusing on this region, it is best to avoid eating prior to class... 😉
