A donation based Vinyasa inspired yoga class open to all levels of practitioners.

Class Description

This 75-mins class includes multi-levelled yoga asana (postures), breath (pranayama), hints of Yoga and Ayurveda philosophy and ample time for rest and relaxation. These classes are held as a drop-in offering, with a $10 cash donation suggested paid upon your arrival.
