About

Hi, I'm Michelle, 

 

And for the last 20+ years, Yoga and Ayurveda have been instrumental in my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. Whether I’ve needed to blow off some steam, bathe in silence and rest, or flip my perspective, these two sister-sciences have helped me navigate loss, love and the unknown. 

​

Where Yoga postures, breath and meditation practices have helped me expand into awareness and my ability to listen, Ayurveda has been the key to interpreting the language of body, my mind and my heart. Because of this, I’ve been able to cultivate and practice empowering patterns that breed strength and flexibility while I’ve learned to shift away from unhealthy habits that leave me feeling depleted, vulnerable and lost.

Whether you are new to Yoga & Ayurveda, or are a seasoned practitioner, I hope to extend to you the same level of empowerment. In these pages, I hope to help you cultivate the opportunity and space to turn inward so that you too can feel stronger, breathe deeper, move freer, live lighter and love unconditionally.
